Earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) notified Andriy Yermak of suspicion. The case is linked to the alleged laundering of UAH 460 million during the construction of the “Dynastia” cottage town in the village of Kozyn. Businessman Tymur Mindich and former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Chernyshov are also involved in the case.

On May 12, Mindich, Chernyshov and four other suspects were also formally charged in the case. If found guilty, they face between 8 and 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
