        Air strike on Kharkiv: hospital patients injured, dozens of cars damaged

        As a result of an air strike on the Saltivsky district of Kharkiv, hospital patients were injured, garages were destroyed and civilian objects were damaged. This was reported by the Kharkiv region police.

        According to the investigation, on 13 October at around 9:50 p.m., Russian troops attacked the city, presumably with guided aerial bombs. The strikes were recorded on the territory of one of the medical facilities in the Saltivsky district.

        The strike destroyed garage boxes, damaged 19 cars, and blew out windows and doors in one of the hospital buildings. Fifty-seven patients were injured: 51 suffered acute stress reactions, and six more were injured by glass shards. All victims were evacuated and transferred to another hospital.

        Windows and doors in a nearby sewing workshop were also damaged. Police investigation teams, forensic experts and bomb disposal experts are working at the scene. A pre-trial investigation has been launched under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — violation of the laws and customs of war.
