President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the actions of some pharmacy chains regarding drug prices are unacceptable and called on the government to take urgent measures. He said this in his video address.

According to him, the issue of access to medicines directly affects the financial stability of Ukrainians. Zelensky stressed that this is the responsibility of the government, in particular the Ministry of Health and the Antimonopoly Committee.

‘Today I held a meeting with them, and I am tired of waiting for appropriate proposals. There is not much time. Everything that needs to be done is quite clear,’ the President said.
