The air temperature at night will be: in the south and south-east 17-22°, in the rest of the territory 13-18°, in the Carpathians 9-14°. During the day in the south and south-east 29-34°, in the rest of the territory 26-31°, in the mountains 20-25°.
A yellow danger level has been declared in the Kharkiv region and the city of Kharkiv. Thunderstorms are expected in the evening of 30 August and at night on 31 August, with squalls of 15-20 m/s in some places. Weather conditions may complicate the work of energy, construction and utility companies, as well as transport.
In the Kyiv region and in Kyiv, light cloud cover without precipitation is forecast. The wind will be south-easterly, 5-10 m/s. The temperature at night will be 13-18° in the region, 16-18° in Kyiv, during the day 26-31° in the region, and around 30° in the capital.
