Ukraine will see partly cloudy skies on Monday, November 3, according to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center. Most regions will remain dry, while western areas can expect moderate rainfall during the day, with heavier rain in the Carpathian Mountains.
Morning fog is possible in Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil and Khmelnytskyi regions. Winds will be mainly from the southeast at 7–12 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range from +3°C to +8°C, rising to +11°C to +16°C during the day.
In Kyiv and the surrounding region, the weather will be partly cloudy and dry. Winds will be southeast at 7–12 m/s. Temperatures in the region will be +6°C to +8°C at night and +13°C to +15°C during the day. In Kyiv itself, nighttime temperatures will be +3°C to +8°C, increasing to +8°C to +13°C in the afternoon.
