There are a significant number of Russian military targets in the temporarily occupied Crimea that remain targets for Ukrainian defense forces. The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to work on these locations and are achieving results.

This was announced by Ukrainian Navy spokesman Dmytro Pletenchuk during a telethon on November 24.

According to Pletenchuk, Crimea is home to a large number of Russian military units and facilities that can be targeted by Ukrainian forces. The southern part of the peninsula is home to Russian Marine Corps units, which, according to him, can already be compared to a division.

Key targets include several airfields from which Russian troops patrol the airspace and launch missiles. Crimea also has a concentration of logistical facilities, including ship repair sites, fuel and ammunition depots.

Pletenchuk noted that Ukrainian forces are continuing their work and new strikes are regularly recorded in Crimea, including those involving Navy units. He added that Russian troops on the peninsula are launching strikes, including ballistic strikes, on southern regions of Ukraine.

Several attacks have been recorded in Crimea recently: damage to airfields in Gvardeyskoye and Sevastopol, a fire at an oil depot after a drone strike, an attack on a thermal power plant in Saki, as well as strikes on the Nebo-U and Nebo-SV radar systems and other stations that provided the occupiers with control over the air situation.
