The ministry also highlighted the important role of Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey, whose diplomatic efforts contributed significantly to reaching the agreement. Kyiv described the deal as “an important first step” toward stabilizing the situation in the Middle East and strengthening international peace and security.

Ukraine called on all parties to fully and faithfully implement the agreements, reaffirming its support for international initiatives aimed at protecting civilians and upholding international humanitarian law.

The Foreign Ministry also quoted President Volodymyr Zelensky, who expressed hope that “the efforts of the international community will also be sufficient to compel the aggressor state, Russia, to end its war against Ukraine and restore guaranteed peace and security in Europe.”
