President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the results.
“We continue using our long-range sanctions to return the consequences of the war to where it came from”, the president said.
According to Zelenskyy, Ukrainian deep strikes hit the Perm oil refinery and the Marinovka military airfield in the Volgograd region overnight. Operations in the Black Sea also produced results, although the president did not provide further details.
The Ukrainian president also reported confirmed results from previous strikes. A Russian Su-34 aircraft was damaged at the Akhtubinsk airfield, located approximately 600 kilometers from the front line.
In addition, Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck a facility used to store, prepare and launch attack drones in Primorsko-Akhtarsk, nearly 180 kilometers from the front line. Russian forces have used these drones to attack Ukraine.
