Cloud market in Ukraine is following the general global trends, such as enhancing infrastructure for AI, creating more meticulate disaster recovery services and providing sovereign solutions. In 2026, these tendencies are likely to continue, with many providers leading the market when it comes to up-to-the-minute services to their clients. Here’s a short review of the current state of Ukrainian cloud market.

        Big Ukrainian providers

Ukraine has roughly 40 cloud providers as of 2026, but only three of them are at the top of the customer choice, delivering high-scale data protection and fully customized infrastructure.

        Smaller providers

Apart from the players that work with projects of any size and domain, there’s also a certain number of smaller ones that don’t have as many certificates or product portfolio items but still can cover some minor needs.

Here’s a list of some prominent small-sized providers in Ukraine: Ucloud, Tet Cloud, United DC, SIM-Networks etc. They can partially implement cloud technologies and have an insignificant share of the market.

        Hyperscalers

As there is no single official stats of the Ukrainian cloud market, it is hard to estimate the exact share hyperscalers cover. But as almost all over the world, the Big Three (Amazon, Google, Microsoft) have a considerable number of users who value the uncomparable diversity of services these providers offer and the scale of their coverage. However, customers can also see the issues involved: less local control over the data, no localized technical support with longer latency, less conformity with the national regulations and higher costs. So national providers are still a more favoured option for many Ukrainian clients.

        Conclusion

So, Ukrainian cloud market keeps pace with the times and is the basis for innovative development. Local cloud providers combine modern technologies, high security standards and regulatory compliance with a deep understanding of regional business needs. As a result, Ukrainian cloud infrastructure is no longer just an alternative to global platforms; it is rather becoming a strategic choice for organizations that value resilience, flexibility and long-term digital independence.

However, the market is very diverse, with big providers for customized options, smaller providers for some minor client demands and hyperscalers for complex and hybrid solutions.
