The Armed Forces of Ukraine have launched a review of how military units are staffed and how personnel are distributed among units. The aim is to assess the actual staffing levels of brigades, regiments and corps and determine how personnel management can be improved.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The review will examine the actual staffing levels of military units, as well as the effectiveness of personnel distribution among them.
Particular attention will be paid to whether personnel are allocated fairly, taking into account the needs of units carrying out combat missions on different sections of the front.
The General Staff said the measures are intended to strengthen combat capability, maintain a balanced distribution of personnel and ensure more efficient use of human resources.
“Any systemic change in the army begins with changing the way people are treated,” the General Staff emphasized.
