The IMF has disbursed another tranche of $1.1 billion to Ukraine.

This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.

“About $1.1 billion from the IMF has already been received by Ukraine,” he said.

According to the Prime Minister, the funds will be used to cover non-military budget expenditures.

He reminded that Ukraine had received this tranche due to the successful fifth review of the $15.6 billion EFF program.

Shmyhal added that the government is already starting to work with the IMF on the next round of the review of the financing program.

According to the Ministry of Finance, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine has received more than $11.3 billion from the IMF alone.
