Zelenskyy noted that Ukraine shared its experience in countering aggression and plans to expand cooperation in defense production.

He also thanked Azerbaijan for its support during the war, including 11 energy aid packages provided during a difficult winter.

He highlighted humanitarian support as well, including hosting more than 500 Ukrainian children from affected regions.

The president said Ukraine is ready for trilateral talks and is considering Azerbaijan as a possible venue if Russia is willing to engage in diplomacy.
