Two people were killed and five others injured as a result of a massive overnight Russian attack on Kyiv region. Damage was recorded in several districts across the region.
The Kyiv region police reported that Russian forces launched a combined strike on the area during the night.

In Bila Tserkva, the attack caused a fire in garage facilities. Firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze.
In the Brovary district, 10 private houses were damaged. A 99-year-old man was injured in the shelling.
In the Bucha district, six private houses, six vehicles, utility and warehouse buildings, a store and an apartment building were damaged. A 47-year-old man was killed.
In the Obukhiv district, seven households were damaged. A man was killed, while his wife suffered an acute stress reaction.
In the Vyshhorod district, an apartment building, a private house and two vehicles were damaged. A man was injured.
In the Fastiv district, damage was recorded to nine private houses and nine vehicles, while an apartment building, a cultural center and an outpatient clinic were also affected. Two women were injured.
In the Boryspil district, four households, a utility building and two vehicles were damaged.
Investigative teams, bomb disposal experts, rescuers and medics are working at the attack sites. Police said criminal proceedings would be launched under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding war crimes.
