        The General Staff confirmed strikes on the Ryazan oil refinery and Russian command posts

        Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out strikes on a number of Russian military targets, including command posts and troop concentration areas. The General Staff also clarified the results of the strike on the Ryazan oil refinery in Russia.

        According to the military, during May 15 and overnight into May 16, Ukrainian units struck a Russian command post near Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region, as well as a drone command center in Grafske.

        In addition, strikes were carried out on a hangar with military equipment in Selydove, a logistics warehouse in Baranykivka in the Luhansk region, and a Russian repair unit in Pryvillia in the Kherson region.

        Ukraine’s Defense Forces also attacked concentrations of Russian troops in Shakhtarsk, Mykhailivka, Yalta and Selydove in the Donetsk region, as well as in Liubymivka in the Zaporizhzhia region and several other settlements.

        The General Staff also clarified the results of the strike on the Ryazan oil refinery on the night of May 15.

        According to the military, the refinery’s AVT-3, AVT-4 and AT-6 processing units, as well as a diesel fuel hydrotreater unit, were damaged.

        The General Staff stressed that the Ryazan refinery is one of Russia’s largest oil-processing facilities and is involved in supplying fuel to Russian occupation forces.
