Ukraine’s Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko will present a comprehensive action plan of the Cabinet of Ministers on Monday, outlining specific measures and objectives for the coming period. She shared the announcement on social media while reflecting on her first month in office.

According to Svyrydenko, the government has already implemented a number of key steps: a moratorium on business inspections by law enforcement has been introduced, and the State Bureau of Investigations, customs, and ARMA are being overhauled; medical check-ups for released defenders have been expanded, providing both treatment and assistance with documentation; and a support package for frontline regions has been approved, covering 238 communities across 10 oblasts and reaching approximately 6.6 million Ukrainians.

The government has also introduced subsidies for farmers and expanded grant programs for orchards and greenhouses in frontline areas, provided free meals in schools for grades 1–11, and allocated funds for shelters in kindergartens, schools, and cultural institutions.

Svyrydenko emphasized that work with international partners continues: an IMF mission will arrive in Ukraine at the end of August, active cooperation with the EU—which has already provided over €3 billion—is ongoing, and decisions under the ERA initiative are being prepared. In addition, digital services have been launched, including the Diia.Card and grant programs for businesses affected by shelling.

According to the Prime Minister, the government’s priorities remain unchanged: strengthening defense forces, developing weapons production, providing social support to veterans, assisting frontline regions and internally displaced persons, maintaining a stable economic policy, and ensuring recovery and energy security.

Svyrydenko stressed that all government actions are aimed at supporting Ukrainians and rebuilding the country under challenging conditions of war.
