Russians struck a bus carrying civilians in the Sumy region, according to Oleg Grygorov, head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, in a Telegram post.
According to him, it happened in the Yunakivska community area.
‘There are preliminary reports of casualties. They are receiving assistance. All emergency services are involved in responding to the consequences of this cynical attack on the civilian population,’ Grigorov said.
