Another Russian shelling in Odesa damaged a nine-storey residential building. A fire broke out on the upper floors, from the seventh to the ninth.
Rescuers evacuated 50 residents of the building, ten of whom, including two children, had to be rescued using special equipment. Four people are known to have been injured.
A State Emergency Service Resilience Point has been set up at the site, and psychologists are working there. Work is continuing to deal with the aftermath of the strike.
