Russia struck two residential buildings in central Kharkiv with aerial bombs.
This was reported by the city’s mayor, Ihor Terekhov.
“The strike hit next to a multi-story building. About 15 cars are burning at the site,” Terekhov wrote.
The second strike hit a civilian enterprise, causing a fire at the site.
One victim is known to have been injured—a 27-year-old woman.
Updated. The number of victims of the shelling of Kharkiv has risen to 16. Among them is a 10-year-old girl who suffered an acute stress reaction.
