Lutsk came under another Russian attack, with warehouse facilities and residential buildings hit. As of now, there is no information about casualties.
This was reported by Lutsk Mayor Ihor Polishchuk.
According to him, the targets of the attack were a Nova Poshta warehouse and a food warehouse belonging to one of the retail chains. A balcony in a multi-storey residential building was also damaged, where a fire broke out.
Polishchuk noted that there is currently no information about victims. He also thanked air defense forces and rescuers for their work.
Nova Poshta reported that its terminal in Lutsk was destroyed as a result of the drone strike. At the time of impact, all employees were in shelters and were not injured.
Assessment of the damage is ongoing, and detailed information about affected shipments will be determined after the aftermath of the strike is dealt with. Police and emergency services are working at the scene.
The company stated that it will compensate customers for lost shipments and will contact them soon with details of compensation. Additional information can be found via tracking in the app.
