Russian terrorists have shot two Ukrainian prisoners of war on the Pokrovskyy direction in Donetsk Region.
According to the Office of the Prosecutor-General, this happened on November 10 during an assault on the AFU fortifications near the village of Novodmitrivka in the Pokrovskyy district. The Russians took two Ukrainian servicemen prisoner, forced them to undress and led them at gunpoint through a wooded area where they were shot.
Information about the shooting of three more wounded Ukrainian soldiers, whom the Russian soldiers may have killed at the same place, is also being verified.
These actions of the Russian military are qualified as a grave international crime and a violation of the Geneva Conventions. Law enforcers have already launched a pre-trial investigation under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
