On February 13, Russian occupation forces attacked Kherson, killing two people.
According to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, a car was attacked by a drone at about 16:30 in the Dniprovsky district of the city. As a result of the explosives dropped on the vehicle, a 58-year-old woman and a 62-year-old ambulance driver sustained life-threatening injuries.
In addition, Russian troops shelled the village of Rozlyv of the Bilozerska community with artillery, resulting in a 51-year-old woman sustaining explosive trauma and contusion. Medics provided assistance on the spot.
