From February 25 to February 26, at about 00:00, the occupiers attacked Kharkiv with three drones, with hits recorded in the Kyiv and Shevchenkivskyi districts of the city.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
In the Kyiv district, one of the UAVs hit the second floor of a nine-story residential building.
“There was no one in the apartment and no one in the building was seriously injured. As of 1:00 a.m., two people were treated for acute stress reaction. And two more people were taken out on a stretcher by ambulance crews. These are elderly people, they cannot move on their own, so they were taken out and are being examined,” said Dmytro Chubenko, a spokesman for the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
The second hit was recorded in the Kyiv district near a restaurant: the building of the restaurant and commercial real estate were damaged.
The third strike hit one of the central streets of Kharkiv, the road surface. The explosion damaged the glazing and facade of a seven-story residential building, and smashed dozens of windows.
According to preliminary data, the Russians used a Geranium UAV to carry out the attack.
