        Russian strike hits Zaporizhzhia as number of injured rises to four

        Explosions were heard in Zaporizhzhia on the morning of June 30 after warnings of Russian tactical aviation activity and a threat of guided aerial bombs. Four people were injured in the attack. Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported this.

        At first, authorities warned of a threat of guided aerial bombs and enemy tactical aviation activity in the region.

        Later, Fedorov said Russian forces had struck Zaporizhzhia. According to him, a building was damaged and the fire was extinguished.

        Initial reports said there were no casualties. However, it later became known that two people had been injured, and then the number of people who needed medical assistance rose to four.

        According to the regional administration, the injured are a 48-year-old woman and three men aged 51, 54 and 67.

        All of them are receiving the necessary medical assistance. Fedorov said their lives are not currently in danger.

        The air alert in the region was ongoing. Residents of Zaporizhzhia and the region were urged to stay in safe places.
