Russian military correspondent and RT TV channel employee Andrey Filatov went missing after a Ukrainian FPV drone attack near Pokrovsk. This was reported by Russian propaganda Telegram channels.
According to the channel ‘Tactical Medicine Courses,’ Filatov was in the strike zone during the attack. Since then, there has been no contact with him or those who were with him.
Z-channels claim that he last made contact on the morning of 25 June. His motorcycle with an attached camera and personal belongings were found at the site of the attack.
“There is no accurate information about Andrey yet, but rumours are already spreading online. His closest friends know nothing, and some have already rushed to “bury” him,‘ wrote the Telegram channel Pioneer Reserve. Another propagandist, Anatoly Radov, noted: ’The car is there, the documents have been found, but the group itself is missing. Maybe they left, or maybe they were captured.”
The last post on Filatov’s personal channel, ‘Reporter Filatov,’ appeared at 12:19 p.m. on 25 June.
