        Russian Drone Hits Minibus in Kherson: 72-Year-Old Woman Killed, Six Injured

        On the morning of July 8, a Russian drone attacked a minibus in Kherson’s Korabelnyi district. A 72-year-old woman was killed in the strike, and six other people were injured, Kherson City Military Administration head Yaroslav Shanko reported.

        According to him, the attack took place at around 7:00 a.m. Initial reports said one person had been killed and one man was in serious condition. The number of injured later rose.

        A 40-year-old woman and men aged 46, 55 and 57 were taken to hospital. According to preliminary information, they sustained blast injuries.

        A 47-year-old woman from Kherson was also hospitalized. She suffered a concussion, a blast injury and a closed head injury.

        The bus driver sustained a concussion. The vehicle was badly damaged.

        Doctors are providing the injured with the necessary medical assistance and conducting further examinations.

        Shanko called the strike on the minibus another act of terror by Russia and expressed condolences to the family and loved ones of the woman who was killed.
