“There can be no question of any concessions or surrender of our approaches to the key issues facing us, particularly in the context of the SVO,” Ryabkov said.

The Russian Foreign Ministry also stated that it is not ready to publicly discuss various versions of the US peace plan to end the war in Ukraine.

“We are not ready to discuss some details of what is happening, including various versions of this peace plan, publicly. After all, time and attention are needed for the dialogue process to continue,” Ryabkov said.

According to the official, Moscow is allegedly ready for further consultations and complained about the Americans, who lack the “political will” to adhere to any agreements reached at the summit in Alaska.

Ryabkov also noted that relations between Russia and the US are still in the early stages of normalization, and “the outcome at this stage is not guaranteed.”
