Ukraine and Germany have signed a memorandum on the exchange of defense data from the battlefield. The agreement was signed in the presence of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.

This was announced by Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.

According to him, the document provides for the launch of joint projects, including the analysis of weapons use and the exchange of combat data. This involves the use of German systems, such as the PzH 2000, RCH 155, and IRIS-T, based on combat data to increase effectiveness and improve tactics.

Ukraine will also provide partners with access to unique battlefield data, specifically from the DELTA system and other digital platforms. This will allow the data to be used for training and developing AI models and analytical solutions.

In addition, the parties are working on a new bilateral agreement in the field of drones. Under the terms of the agreements, Ukraine is set to receive missiles, including PAC-2, and launchers for IRIS-T systems over the next few years to strengthen its air defense.
