On Monday, variable cloudiness is expected in Ukraine. Moderate rain will fall in the western and northern regions, with no precipitation in the rest of the country at night and light rain in some places during the day. The wind will be mainly easterly, 5–10 m/s.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Centre, the temperature at night will be 4–9°C, during the day 13–18°C, and in the west and north of the country 9–14°C. Wet snow is expected in the highlands of the Carpathians; the temperature at night will be around 0°C, during the day 1–5°C.
Separately, forecasters report that on 28 September, variable cloudiness and rain are forecast for Kyiv and the region, with an easterly wind of 5–10 m/s: in the region, 4–9° at night and 9–14° during the day; in the capital, 7–9° at night and 11–13° during the day.
