During the search and rescue operation, rescuers pulled a woman alive from the rubble. Medical personnel are providing her with the necessary care. Rescuers are also trying to recover the body of the person killed.

The attack damaged buildings belonging to an outpatient healthcare center and a city hospital, where nearly 100 patients were receiving treatment at the time. None of the patients or medical staff were injured. The patients are being transferred to other hospitals.

Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov published photographs from a hospice in the city that housed elderly patients with terminal illnesses.

“I understand that I am violating ethical standards right now. But I want as many people as possible to see these photos. Especially politicians and diplomats. Especially those abroad,” Filatov wrote.

The mayor emphasized that the photographs showed the Dnipro hospice, elderly patients with terminal illnesses and the aftermath of a Russian missile strike.

Nearly 50 patients with incurable illnesses are being transferred from the damaged hospice to other city hospitals. The oldest patient is 90 years old.

In total, 20 residential buildings in Dnipro were damaged or partially destroyed in the attack. A secondary school, kindergarten, music school, library, the Enerhetyk Palace of Culture and a World Bank outpatient clinic were also affected. More than 1,000 windows were shattered across the city, while doors and radiators were torn out in some buildings. A water intake facility was also damaged, leaving the old part of Prydniprovsk without running water.
