On November 22, Russian troops attacked the Dniprovskyi district of Dnipro, damaging the city’s infrastructure.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration Serhiy Lysak.
“The Russian army attacked Dniprovskyi district. The infrastructure was damaged. We are currently clarifying all the details.”
Lysak urged residents of the region not to ignore the air raid alerts.
