Russian forces launched a series of missile strikes on the city of Pryluky in Ukraine’s Chernihiv region at around 6:00 a.m. on October 7. At least two people were killed and seven others were injured.
The attack was reported by the Chernihiv region police and Suspilne Chernihiv.
According to police, two people were killed in the missile strike and seven were injured. A search-and-rescue operation is ongoing.
Hits were recorded on an apartment building, a children’s and youth creativity centre, and a business.
Emergency services, police, rescuers and medics are working at the strike sites.
