Ukraine’s Defense Forces continue to repel Russian assault attempts across several sectors. Border settlements in Chernihiv and Sumy regions came under artillery fire from Russian territory.
On the Northern Slobozhanske and Kursk axes, Russian forces carried out six airstrikes and over 50 artillery attacks. On the Southern Slobozhanske axis, Ukrainian troops repelled an assault near Kamianka.
Fighting remains intense around Kupiansk, where Russia launched eleven assault attempts, some of which are still ongoing. Seven attacks were recorded on the Lyman axis, and two on the Sloviansk axis — both repelled.
The fiercest battles continue near Pokrovsk: Russian forces attempted to advance 32 times, but Ukrainian defenders stopped 28 of those attacks.
The situation on the front line remains under control, with no significant changes reported in other sectors.
