As of 16:00 on November 19, a total of 140 combat engagements have taken place along the front line. Throughout the day, Russian artillery shelled border communities in Sumy and Chernihiv regions, including Holubivka, Bobylivka, Tovstodubove, Mykolaivka, Novovasylivka, Kucherivka, Brusky, Rudak, Zarichchia and Khrinivka.
In the Northern Slobozhanske and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out two airstrikes, dropped six guided bombs, and conducted more than a hundred attacks, including two from multiple-launch rocket systems. In the Southern Slobozhanske direction, Ukrainian defense forces repelled three attacks near Vovchansk, Synelnykove, Kamianka and toward Kolodiazne and Dvorichanske, with several fights ongoing.
In the Kupiansk direction, Russian forces made three attempts to break through the defense near Petropavlivka, Pishchane and Shyikivka. In the Lyman direction, 15 assaults were recorded near Nadiia, Druzheliubivka, Novyi Myr, Karpivka, Stavky, Zarichne, Drobysheve and other settlements; several engagements continue. In the Sloviansk direction, seven enemy assaults were repelled. In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy carried out eight offensive actions, seven of which were successfully stopped by Ukrainian defenders.
The heaviest fighting is taking place in the Pokrovsk direction, where Russian troops attempted 52 assaults near more than 15 settlements, including Shakhove, Rodynske, Myrnohrad and Pokrovsk. Ukrainian forces repelled 48 attacks.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, ten enemy assaults were stopped, with one still ongoing. Velykomykhailivka was hit by an airstrike. In the Huliaipole and Orikhiv directions, Russian forces launched assaults and airstrikes, but Ukrainian defenders are holding their positions. No offensive actions were recorded in the Prydniprovske direction.
The situation along other sections of the front remains tense, with combat engagements of varying intensity continuing.
