During the night of June 2, four people were killed in a missile and drone attack on Kyiv. Fifty-eight civilians were injured, including three children. Damage and fires were recorded in at least seven districts of the capital.

In the Darnytskyi district, a fire broke out at a gas station as a result of falling debris, presumably from a drone.
In the Obolonskyi district, debris fell in open areas near two kindergartens. A fire also broke out at an unfinished construction site.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district, falling debris caused a fire in a non-residential three-story building and damaged the facade and roof of a nine-story residential building. In addition, debris struck a 24-story residential building, causing a fire on the fourth and fifth floors. Two more non-residential premises also caught fire.
In the Sviatoshynskyi district, debris caused a fire on the first floor of a five-story residential building and on the territory of a non-residential development site.
In the Podilskyi district, according to preliminary information, a repeated missile strike on a nine-story residential building caused a partial collapse of its structures. Debris also fell on the roof of another nine-story residential building, causing a fire and damaging windows. In addition, a non-residential area caught fire, and falling debris damaged several vehicles and a warehouse building on the premises of a municipal enterprise.
In the Holosiivskyi district, the second and third floors of a polyclinic were destroyed. Several vehicles burned in an open area as a result of falling debris.
In the Solomianskyi district, debris struck the upper floors of a 15-story residential building. A fire also broke out in a 24-story residential building on the seventh and eighth floors. Fires were recorded in a non-residential area and in two private houses.
