On the night of February 23, Russian troops launched strikes on Zaporizhzhia using unmanned aerial vehicles. Five people were injured.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Five civilians, including one child, were injured in the attack.
According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, the Russians launched at least eight strikes on the city. Residential buildings and cars were damaged, and a fire broke out.
Rescuers extinguished the fire covering an area of 200 square meters and inspected the sites of the strikes.
An 87-year-old man was also injured as a result of a nighttime Russian attack on the Zaporizhzhia region — the Russians struck the city of Komyshuvakha with guided bombs. There is destruction on the territory of an agricultural enterprise, and a fire broke out.
