Over the past day, Ukrainian forces attacked four targets that help Russia finance its war against Ukraine. The strikes hit targets in Russia’s Perm, Samara and Astrakhan regions, as well as in the Black Sea.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this.

“Fair Ukrainian responses to all Russian strikes on our people. Over the past day, our warriors struck four targets that help Russia finance and wage its brutal war,” Zelenskyy said.

He said the targets included two oil facilities and a training ground in Russia’s Perm, Samara and Astrakhan regions.

“There is also a response in the Black Sea,” the president added.

Zelenskyy also published a video showing a fire in the Black Sea. The footage shows a vessel engulfed in flames and a large column of black smoke.

Earlier, footage of a large fire at sea near Sochi appeared on social media. According to preliminary reports, a Russian oil tanker had been hit and was burning. Russian sources reported only that a vessel near the port was on fire, without stating the cause.
