On the night of 28 March, powerful explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Luhansk. According to preliminary data, the attack was carried out by attack drones on the territory of the Transmash plant, “Ukrainian Luhansk” reports.
This enterprise, which specialises in the production of railway locomotives and wagons, could have been used by the Russian occupiers to repair military equipment. After the attack, a fire broke out on the territory of the plant.
The occupation administration claims that drone debris fell on warehouses, but the exact extent of the damage is still unknown. Videos of the explosions and eyewitness accounts of drones seen over the city have been posted on social media.
There has been no official comment from the Ukrainian side on the attack.
