On the morning of Wednesday, October 22, during a massive attack on Ukraine, several regions began implementing emergency power outage schedules. The reason for this was the latest strikes on the energy infrastructure, along with previous attacks.

Emergency outages are unscheduled, meaning the duration of power cuts cannot be predicted, as this is an emergency situation.
