Earlier today in Kharkiv, Russian forces carried out a drone strike on a furniture store building. The impact hit the roof, damaging the metal covering and the store’s interior equipment.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, five people were injured in the attack, including one child. All sustained shrapnel wounds and were hospitalized. There was no fire at the scene; rescuers cut through damaged roof structures, and psychologists provided assistance to the victims.
The Kharkiv Regional Police reported that the injured include three women aged 38, 43, and 45, as well as a 17-year-old girl. Law enforcement promptly arrived at the scene, conducted an inspection, and assisted the injured.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — war crimes.
