On the night of 6 January (from 18:00 on 5 January), the enemy attacked with 61 Shahed and Gerber strike UAVs and other types of drones, about 40 of which were Shaheds.
This was reported by the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“According to preliminary data, as of 08:30, air defence forces shot down/suppressed 53 enemy Shahed, Gerbera and other types of drones in the north, centre and east of the country.
Eight attack UAVs were recorded hitting six locations,” the report said.
