In Dnipro, the number of people killed as a result of the Russian attack during the night of June 2 has risen to eight. Among the victims is a child born in 2023.
This was reported by Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Oleksandr Hanzha.
Dnipro suffered the most severe destruction. Initially, six people were reported killed and 33 injured. Later, a critically injured 60-year-old man died in hospital.
Rescuers later found the body of a child born in 2023 under the rubble of a damaged four-story residential building. The death toll from the attack increased to eight people.
According to updated information, 35 people were injured in Dnipro, including three children. Twenty of the injured were hospitalized, and four remain in serious condition.
Apartment buildings in the city were partially destroyed, while an enterprise, a fire station, garages, and vehicles were damaged. In total, about 50 buildings were damaged and more than 2,000 windows were shattered.
