Wind south-west with a transition to north-west, 5-10 m/s. The temperature at night 4-9° of heat; in the afternoon 11-16°, in the southern regions up to 19°.
In Kiev, the temperature at night is 5-7° warm, during the day 13-15°.
On Tuesday, 29 October, in Ukraine the temperature at night is 4-9°; during the day 9-14°, in the southern part of the country and in Transcarpathia up to 18°. Wind of variable directions, 3-8 m/s.
