Apple has officially released iOS 26.1 for iPhone. According to Apple’s official website, the update focuses on improving the interface, artificial intelligence, and user privacy.

Among the main innovations is the Liquid Glass visual style setting, which allows you to choose between a transparent or tinted appearance of interface elements for easier reading.

Language support in Apple Intelligence and Live Translation has been expanded — the system now works in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Italian, and other languages.

Apple Music now features a gesture for switching tracks in MiniPlayer (swipe left or right) and AutoMix support via AirPlay. You can also disable the “swipe to camera” gesture from the lock screen in the settings, which increases user privacy.

In addition, Apple has improved the audio quality in FaceTime over weak connections, added the ability to control an external USB microphone, and the option to choose where to save recordings. In the Fitness app, you can now manually enter workouts, and the alarm can be turned off with a swipe.

The update is now available for installation on all compatible iPhone models.
