Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia continues to use the territory of Belarus to launch attacks against Ukraine and plans to deploy new infrastructure for controlling unmanned aerial vehicles there.

In his address, Zelenskyy noted that special equipment had previously been installed in Belarus to support Shahed-type drone attacks on Kyiv and Ukraine’s northern regions. According to him, Ukrainian forces destroyed the relevant antennas.

Zelenskyy added that, according to intelligence data, Russia plans to continue using Belarus as well as temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to build ground control stations for long-range UAVs. He stressed that Ukraine will respond to these actions and that the response “will be tangible.”

The president also reported on a briefing by the Security Service of Ukraine regarding long-range strikes on Russian oil infrastructure, thanking Ukrainian forces for their precision. He emphasized that Russia must not receive additional resources to wage war.

Zelenskyy also said Ukrainian security services continue to counter enemy agent networks. In particular, networks operating through religious communities were dismantled, and assassination attempts on Ukrainian territory were prevented.

Additionally, the president discussed with Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov key priorities for the near future, including scaling up drone production and improving personnel management to strengthen frontline positions.
