        Zelenskyy shared details of the meeting in London on the peace plan for Ukraine

        The meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and French President Emmanuel Macron has ended in London.

        Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this on Telegram.

        Zelenskyy noted the importance of unity between Europe and Ukraine, as well as unity between Europe, Ukraine, and the United States.

        “I am grateful to the leaders of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer, France, Emmanuel Macron, and Germany, Friedrich Merz, for organizing the meeting and for each of their personal contributions to the path to peace,” Zelenskyy wrote.

        According to the president, the meeting discussed joint diplomatic work with the American side, agreed on a common position on the importance of security guarantees, reconstruction, and next steps, and discussed further defense support for Ukraine.

        As previously reported by the Élysée Palace, Zelenskyy discussed security guarantees and post-war reconstruction with European leaders.
