During his working visit to Paris, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with former US President Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron. The head of state announced this in his Telegram.
According to Zelenskyy, the meeting was productive. He thanked Macron for organising the talks and Trump for his determination to support Ukraine. The main topics of discussion were assistance to Ukrainian citizens, the situation at the frontline, and the possibility of achieving a just peace.
‘We all want to end this war as soon as possible and fairly. Peace through strength is possible!’ Zelenskyy said.
The parties agreed on further cooperation to end the war and ensure a just peace in Ukraine.
