Ukraine is finalizing work on a fundamental 20-point document that could determine the parameters for ending the war in Ukraine. It is planned to be sent to the US in the near future.

This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on December 10.

According to the president, work on the 20-point document is being carried out jointly with the team of US President Donald Trump and European partners.

“At the same time, we are finalizing work on a 20-point fundamental document that could determine the parameters for ending the war, and we expect to submit the document to the United States in the near future. This week may bring news for all of us and an end to the bloodshed,” Zelenskyy wrote.

Discussions with the American side on a document on the reconstruction and economic development of Ukraine after the war are also scheduled for today. And tomorrow, December 11, a meeting is planned in the format of the Coalition of the Willing, the purpose of which is to ensure future security and prevent a repeat of Russian aggression.

“We proceed from the assumption that there is no alternative to peace, and the key questions are how to force Russia to stop the killings and what specifically will deter Russia from a third invasion,” Zelenskyy concluded.
