        Zelensky: Search and rescue operations in Ternopil completed, 33 killed, including six children

        President Volodymyr Zelensky said that search and rescue operations at the site of the missile strike on a residential building in Ternopil were completed on the evening of November 22. Rescuers had worked non-stop for four days.

        According to the president, the Russian attack killed 33 people, including six children. Six more remain missing. Zelensky expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and thanked all emergency services involved in the operation.

        In Dnipro, emergency work continues after a Russian drone crashed near an apartment building. Fourteen people were injured, including a child. Zelensky thanked rescue teams and emergency workers who quickly extinguished the fire and assisted the victims.

        In Nikopol, a Russian FPV drone strike injured two children and a woman. Overnight, Russian forces again attacked residential and civilian infrastructure as well as energy facilities in several regions.

        The president stressed that over the past week alone, Russia has used more than 1,050 attack drones, nearly 1,000 guided aerial bombs, and more than 60 missiles of various types.

        Zelensky also noted that Ukrainian advisers will meet today in Switzerland with representatives of the United States, Germany, France and the United Kingdom as part of diplomatic efforts to end the war. At the same time, he emphasized the need to accelerate the implementation of agreements on strengthening Ukraine’s air defense with additional systems and missiles.

        “Thank you to everyone who helps protect lives. Thank you to everyone who works for peace,” the president said.
