President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on social media that he had held a daily coordination meeting on the situation in the energy sector and across Ukraine’s regions. According to him, overnight Russian forces used 183 attack drones against Ukraine, about 110 of them Shahed-type drones. A significant number were shot down, with interceptors performing effectively.

He stressed the need to further strengthen efforts against Russian reconnaissance drones and to continue using all available methods to protect against multiple launch rocket systems, as well as to strike Russian positions. The president said he expects concrete results on these issues from the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces command.

He also reported that the minister of energy is currently in Kharkiv to максимально intensify all ongoing operational processes in the region. At the same time, the situation in Kyiv remains difficult, with more than 1,100 buildings without heating.
