The temperature at night will be 4–9°C. During the day, the air will warm up to 8–13°C, in the south in some places up to 16°C.
In Kyiv and the region, 4 November will also be cloudy. In the capital and the region, light, in some places moderate rain is forecast. The wind will be south-westerly, 7–12 m/s. The temperature at night in Kyiv will be 6–8°C, during the day 10–12°C; in the region at night 3–8°C, during the day 8–13°C.
